N=Q+8/Q for q

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk what just happened. my computer did something and lost all my chats and everything rearranged. how did you work the problem out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

N=(Q+8)/Q (Q+8)/Q = N *Q *Q Q+8=NQ Q(1-N)=-8 divide by (1-N) on both sides Q= -8/(1-N)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I had a solution, but it had Q on both sides so I erased it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first i multiplied Q times N - 8 and got Q by itself then after that i got lost cause there's two Qs

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is what happened to me too. I'm not 100% this is right, but I think it is.
