1st find the leading term its the pronumeral or variable of letter with the highest power. the coefficient is the number attached to it letter with the highest power... hope it helps

Is the highest exponent the same as leading coefficient or?
no... leading coefficient is the whole number which is 7. highest exponent is 10 from x^10
