well i'll go with B. because if you only interview a small number of people on a certain topic your sample isn't a very well-rounded group. If you chose five people who happened to have the same opinion on your survey, your results could end up to be unrealistic, such as that 100% of people like (for example) the color blue when obviously not everyone has this same opinion.
