If k(x) = 5x – 6, which expression is equivalent to (k + k)(4)? 5(5(4) – 6) – 6 54 – 6 + 54 – 6 5(4) – 6 + 5(4) – 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know what k is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@PsychoTink i havent got a clue, lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because of the "k(x)" You know that k is the equation overall, with x as the unknown you are solving for. So what it looks to me like they are asking you to solve is k plus k where you plug 4 in for x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah,

Do you still need help or does that make sense?

i got it now, thanks!
