A. pyramids.
B. a focus on farming.
C. establishment of city-states.
D. cultivation of maize.

2. Ancient societies like the Mayans and those in Egypt
A. only united when they were about to be conquered by enemies.
B. Never developed the ability to create accurate calendars.
C. had a distinct class structure.
D. were concerned with religious duties more than daily activities.
I think 1 was A & I think 2 is C but I'm not 100% sure
