Well you see the first number to the second one is a decrease, since the number gets smaller. So C & D are out of the picture. Remember to find the percent decrease, you have to subtract the second number by the first number and divide that by the first number. (First number - Second number) / First number. (5 - 4) / 5 1/5 = 0.2 Now you move your decimal over so that now it's a percentage. 0.2 = 20% And we know it's a decrease, so your answer is B. 20% decrease
