PLEASE HELP!!! URGENT What generates the magnetic field in a current carrying wire? A. stationary protons B. stationary electrons C. movement of charged particles D. magnetic force

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

C. Movement of charged particles. What are these particles? They are electrons. The wire is a conductor and conductors have conducting electrons (electrons that are not bonding to atoms, thus are free to move around). Electrons spin, when a charged particle spins it generates a magnetic field. That's whats going on!
