Which of the following is the conjugate of a complex number with 4 as the real part and -3 as the imaginary part? -3+4i 3-4i 4+3i 4-3ii

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i stands for imaginary, so the imaginary part of the number will always have i in it so now you know you have -3i your real number is just 4 the original expression is 4-3i for a conjugate, you just switch the sign, so the conjugate of 4-3i is 4+3i
