If the tangent line to y = f (x) at (-1, -5) passes through the point (8, 8), find  f (-1) and  f '(-1 I've solved for f(-1) and got 19/9 which is correct. For f'(-1) shluldnt it be just the slope of whatever equation you get? My slope is 13/9 and for some reason that is wrong. Why?

show me your work. How you got 19/9
