All I was saying was that I got the answer right when I took the test and put something different than you did. Not saying that your answer is wrong or anything was just saying that was odd. All I was trying to do was help you. I'm in the 12 grade and taking this class online because I never took in 9th for some reason but need it to graduate. Actually it is Algeria. It was cancelled due to the Algerian Civil War.

Also, another key factory in determining that the answer is not Sudan is even simpler. There was not an election held in 1992 in Sudan.
