OpenStudy (luigi0210):

What does it means when it says "rewrite"?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

The only way I could think of is rewriting it as a fraction.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the derivative of \[ y=x^{-1} =\frac 1 x \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[ y' = - x^{-1-1}=-x^{-2}= -\frac 1 {x^2} \] What is the integral \[ \int \frac {dx}{x^2} \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do I put the derivative under rewrite?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@eliassaab and what do I put under simplify?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[ \int \frac {dx}{x^2} = - \frac 1 x + C \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):
