Can anyone help me about this one Find an equation of a curve whose tangent made in an arbitrary point M(x,y) cuts part on the ordinate which is inversely proportional to the ordinate of the point M(x,y). so this is from my differential equations chapter so i am supposed to write differential equation and then solve it and get the curve we need but i cant construct the differential equation any help ? ^^

OpenStudy (amistre64):

sounds kind of like curves of pursuit

OpenStudy (amistre64):

"cuts part on the ordinate which is inversely proportional to the ordinate of the point" that parts a littlee confusing to parse, but something is a reciprocal |dw:1390405162932:dw|
