HELP how do i subtract 2x/(3x+5) from x/x-4 please asap

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you need to find a common denominator by multiplying 2x/(3x+5) by (x-4) on both denominator and numerator & multiplying x/(x-4) by (3x+5) on both the numerator and denominator
