OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is tan 4pi/3?

OpenStudy (usukidoll):

convert this to degrees 4 pi / 3 multiply by 180 / pi

OpenStudy (usukidoll):

1 circle = 360 degrees

OpenStudy (usukidoll):

240 degrees so I'm not going a full circle

OpenStudy (usukidoll):

ARGH!

OpenStudy (usukidoll):

I was going to put that we are not going over a full circle because the result is 240 degrees and for tan to be positive I have to be BETWEEN 180 to 270 DEGREES
