Question

So, my fiance came to me last night and told me he had lung disease and the doctor told him it could turn into to lung cancer, I'm scared out of my mind..I don't know what to do..how severe could this be? I can't eat or sleep, I'm constantly crying...I need to know what this is and how bad..

It all depends on what kind of disease it is and what part of the lung is harmed (alveoli, interstitium etc.). It also depends on whether or not he can treat it. You should ask him to tell you in details what the doctor said. But it's only a possibility that it could turn into cancer, as of now from what you said, it's not life threatening.
