See, the triangle BAD has been intersected by the line BE, that divides the triangle into 2, and divides them equally, Hence, AE and DE are equal, and BE is equal for both the triangles too, and as there is a right angle in both of them ,it is enough for concluding that the two right angled triangles are congruent. Therefore angle at A and angle at D will have to be equal, so now you can just equate them. x-40 = 3x- 100
solve it to get the answer :)
