Which type of figurative language is used in the following line from John F. Kennedy's inaugural address to the nation? "Now the trumpet summons us again." Symbol Simile Personification Allusion

Im pretty sure it's either Symbol or Personification. Symbol because the Trumpet might resemble something or someone, or Personification because a trumpet is not a living thing but summons like a person.
