Talk-A-Lot = 40 + 0.40(m+a-300)
when stuff in the parenthesis is positive otherwise just 40
N = 90
C = 15 + 0.45(m+a)
B = 0.30(m+a)

then you would plug in the given minutes for each person into each of the equations to fill out the table.
then to find the best plan for each person, compare the columns and see which plan had the least value for that person.
