Lets say increase is 1.3 per year, for 10 years. And the starting population is 19900, then you will get 19900*1.3^10 = 274338.3988
P=Po r^t, where P is population after time t years starting with a population of Po: Po=19,900 r=1.03 t=10 P=19900 * 1.03^10 That's it!
