Language does not need to be vulgar to violate the OS rules. Hostile and unfriendly are also covered.

Jack, yesterday you were bragging in chat about how nothing ever bothered you. Now you are bothered by people using the site for what it is intended for?

If you don't want people to ask you for help on questions, don't come to a study site where the goal is to have people ask for help on questions. It really is that simple. We love for anyone to come here and read things and anyone 13+ to come and participate, but if they choose not to, fine. That is the choice people make when they come here.

You came here. You agreed to follow the rules. You opted into a study site.

If you don't want to reply, fine, don't reply. If you want to stop someone specific from tagging you, you can ask them not to. Just be sure to follow the CoC #1 rule when asking: be nice. Yelling at them, insulting them, insulting the other people whio are helping, and so on is against the CoC and will get you reported.

As for the roasting of others, doing flame wars, and the like, again this is a personal choice. Someone can ask you to steal, to break a window, or to do any range of bad activities. However, the choice is still yours. So simply stop choosing to participate in that.

You are also choosing to evade your suspension.

If you don't want to participate, then don't let it influence you. Block people that denote bad behavior, and disable mentions and your notification settings. You can isolate yourself on OpenStudy by doing these things. Don't use the chatbox and don't post on threads. Cut off all social interaction.
