I got 252.38 and thats not an option..am i doing something wrong?

Approximately 39.6%

Divide 84 by 212, and then multiply the result by 100%:

84/212 ≈ 0.396226415
0.396226415 x 100% ≈ 39.6226415%.

Since percentages frequently are given only to the first decimal place, I generally truncate the result. Then this percentage would become 39.6%.
