How do you become a really high rank, like 80 and above?

The SmartScore (levels) is tied to your participation on the site. Basically, if you are really active in a really constructive way your get points and your level goes up.

Every click you make on the site contributes to your level - it's just that some interactions, such as well thought out answers in the threads that really show your interaction with askers or answerers - contribute more than others.

Basically, participate and rise.
