Sleep
Cold, bitter

To one it's where they dream happy
to others it's where nightmares haunt

To the living...it's rest
but to the dead it's never ending

Sleep can take you
so you'll never wake

Sleep has it's days
where it's nice enough to let you stay

it wants to trick you
it wants you to see its good side

For one day you might never wake
and you might never get to say goodbye...

This should be posted in writing ( http://openstudy.com/study#/groups/writing ) To address your poem, I feel it's a very eloquent piece of work. Your use of rhetoric language is very compelling. Almost feels like something conjured up by the criminally asymptomatic mind of Edgar Allan Poe.
