~be reasonable-if your trying to make a deal be reasonable nothing crazy !!

~be respectful when talking to them-they wont care what your saying or they might take it an a offensive way by your tone(my experience)

~look in eyes while talking-if your looking all over the room they will think your lying or not taking the convo series(own experience)

~don't talk back-if they say your not going to the mall and that's final(don't say but why that will make it worse)
