it would be GIVEN because it was shown already in the proof and the m<YZX is congruent to m<OZP because of VERTICAL ANGLES which is a fancy word for supplementary angles PZ = XZ which is also given or it can be the definition of a midpoint triangle YZX is congruent to triangle QZP is Side Angle side because you just proved the triangles are congruent by 2 sides and one angle and YZ=Qp by CPCTC which is congruent parts of congruent triangles are congruent
