Question regarding Osmosis & Diffusion for A&P I course: How would changes in the concentration of the blood affect cells and tissues with respect to osmosis?

First, what is osmosis?

Higher concentrations favor more osmosis, which is the diffusion of a compound (often water) into another compound. Salty solutions on one side of a membrane get water from the other side of the membrane due to osmosis.
