Proposition for staff and mods:
How about we enable typing symbols and equations (MathJax), drawing stuff, attaching files for the original question-post box, instead of only in the comments?
Please consider this and get back to me on whether it would be a good idea (:

There is a size limit for the preview and the entire preview system that sort of makes it hard.

I can imagine how badly that would lag OS if it was forced to render the LaTex in the preview panel for all the questions. Now if we could make it only render when you go into it (right panel) then that could be a solution.
