Well the values of 2 3 4 and 5 work but I don't know how to denote those with the computer freaking out.

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

f(x) = (x^2 - 1) / (x^2 -7x + 6) = ( (x + 1)(x - 1) )/(x-1)(x-6) = (x + 1) / (x - 6) f(x) is continuous for all {x: x not equal to 6}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So how would I put that into the correct notation? 2/3s of my answer is right..

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

x < 6 AND x > 6 Instead of "AND" use the intersection symbol \(\cap\): If your latex is working: $$ x < 6 \cap x > 6 $$
