Unicellular , irregular in shape (as they don't have cell walls), presence of food vacuoles  and might be moving with help of pseudopodia  . Bactria are also unicellular but they have a definite shape , generally are non- motile , if motile use flagella and are not easily detectable under light microscope due to their small size.
