@UnkleRhaukus when you get 100 i'll congratulate you! lol and i think my computer was messed up cause it said 99 and then switched to 100 :/ lol

yup, the current smartscore system is designed that way. Before it was possible that more users could have ss100 but not anymore.

but that means nobody can ever reach 100 b/c account can never be deleted... it doesn't make since...

smartscore works like a ranking system. only the one with the highest ranking will have a smartscore of 100. everyone below that user would be 99 or lower. for subscores it's the same. only 1 user can have a subscore of 100 but you can have more different subscores of 100. like satellite has a subscore of 100 in problem solving and teamwork.
But you're right. Without changing the system, nobody could ever reach 100.
