Hi. So Im doing a research paper for AP U.S. History. It can be about pretty much anything. I'm interested in music, but I'm having trouble thinking of a good idea with this theme in mind. Any ideas??

You can talk about the 1920's when the Jazz era started in Harlem Renaissance. It was an amazing time in History especially for African americans and there is tons on the era it has a lot to do with music and dance and culture and just fun during that time.

No that's an interesting idea. I was thinking along the lines of jazz or blues. The only issue is i'm not supposed to focus on one specific era. However we are thinking in the same manner haha.

well blues was kinda depressing in my opinion..lol. but wow not one era is kinda hard unless you want to be writing for days.. lol

But because we it's us history there is so many different types of music you can write about .. blues, jazz, rock n roll, folk, country, rap, classical, pop.. I mean the list goes on and on
