@mathmale two questions down at the bottom: find the length of arc ACB, find the area of the shaded region

2 pi radians = 360 degrees. you know the radius is 15 cm, so you can find the circumference of the circle. to find the arc length of ACB, just take the proportion that 2 radians is of 2 pi radians and multiply by the circumference. A similar approach will get you the shaded area: find the area of the entire circle, then multiply by the fraction of 2 pi radians that is occupied by the shaded region
