Many people were injured from working so long and hard. That many people who were unable to work after their injury were fired. Because of this unfairness many people revolted and attacked the factories. Also another consequences was that many children of the age of 8 were put to work for 14 hours a day 6 days a week which means that they were unable to get the education they needed and deserved.
