i have an iphone 5s and i got t-mobile and my parents phone and my phone is connect by icloud so they can see my photos from photo stream but if i text someone will they be able to know who i texted what i said and when?

No. Icloud is just to make sure your stuff is backed up, but not texts

cause i know when they pay for the bill they get this thing that tells them what i was texting when they pay for the bill, and if i had something to hide i would use the texting app
