Why is it important to know how to multiply fractions in order to divide fractions? Give a real-world example when you would need to know how to multiply fractions or mixed numbers in order to solve a problem. After your initial response, write one additional example to support your answer

well when you divide fractions, one of the steps is multiplying so if you dient know how to multiply fractions than you wouldent be able to divide fractions, and if you were cooking than you would want to multiply the fractions instead of adding because multiplying is faster. another example would be. maybe another reason is when you do your bills you would need to know how to multiply fractions
