Well, you could introduce the topic, then give a short explanation of what you mean by nature with examples from your life and nurture with examples from your life.  Finally, bring together those examples together in a summary to show how they worked together to form your development.

An example is walking.  Babies don't learn to walk by trial and error.  In fact, there are cultures like some Native Americans where the babies were in a carrying device all the time, never crawling or stumbling, but they learn to walk at the same time as babies that are not so restrained.  You can look that up.  It shows nature at work.  But nurture could encourage a person to learn to sprint for track and field, dance, or other activities that use the legs and are not inherited.
