oh my.. multiple steps. Based from what we know about parallelograms, TS and QR are equivalent, and TQ and SR are equivalent. Based from the last problem we did together, can you try to set up an equation? If you can't, I'll be here to walk you through it :)

because both sides have to be equal:

b+11 = 2b
11=2b-b
11=b

3a+7=4a
7-3a=4a-3a
a=7
