so I'll assume n = pi and @ is theta or some greek letter

so based on the information its 4th quadrant... the draw function isn't working so here is my best attempt cot = 1/tan cot = adj/opp so the adjacent side is 1 and the opposite side is -4 use pythagoras' theorem to find the hypotenuse... and you should be able to find cos(@) hope it helps
