so i know inside the squareroot itll be x^16 but what do i do about the four outside of it?
so change the radical into a rational expression
and since you are multi you add
x^16/4
fisrt add all the pwers inside the radical sign

yes it does become x^16 in the radical ..
fourth root of x^16 ... you can change it back into rational form for x^(16/4) and that would be x^4
(x^16)^1/4
now multiply 16*1/4
soo 16 1/4?... im not good with that part
