sometimes working these types of problems can be broken up in many ways. what i did was cancel out the variables and multiplying through then i simplied if possilbe...first i got it reduced to 8a/ 14b^2 then since i can simply the 8 and 14 by it's factors of 2 so the answer should be 4a/7b^2 with a not equal to zero and b not equal to 0.
