none of the others will prevent the disease from spreading, b however will allow people to know whats causing it, for example, if beef is causing it to spread, people can stop eating beef, or people can check on the beef to make sure its not infected. By knowing how its spread, people can stop performing those actions. it can also create more time for people to find a vaccine
