FIRST AND FOREMOST, LILY: you do not need to tempt would-be helpers with this "medal and fan!!!!" stuff. It comes across as bribery. Have you tried finding the coordinates of the vertex? Do you know the formula x=-b/(2a)? Find that x, then evaluate the function at that x value.
