A Bicameral Legislature is a system of government legislature, which normally has two chambers or houses. In this form of government, before a bill is passed to become a law, it has to be approved by the members of the two chambers.

Its basically a legislature that is made up of 2 houses. Kind of like the U.S Legislative branch, which is made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Thats basically what a bicameral legislative is.
