f(x) + k = P(1 + r)^x + k.
A positive value for k will shift the graph up k units.
A negative value for k will shift the graph down k units.

Oh I see what I did. I took -3, and turned it into +3 then, for some reason added -10 to it. THAT is stupid. Thank you @tHe_FiZiCx99
