if it were 16 cars, you'd have this:

central angle of a quarter-circle is 360/4 degrees.

the interior angle of each section of this one is 360/16 degrees

to find the arc length. find the perimeter of the entire circle. the arc length of one section is 1/16 of the entire circle perimter

same for area. the area of the fraction of the circle is area of circle/16
