Which of the following graphs is an exponential decay, which decreases from left to right? Select one: a. y = (¼)x b. y = 10x c. y = 3x d. y = 6x

OpenStudy (justnick09):

what graphs

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to graph the answer choices

None of these are exponential decay, although y=1/(4x) does decrease with a power law exponent of -1. the others increase.

thats what i got but i thought that i was wrong but thanks for the help

You are welcome. Usually, exponential decay is y=exp(-k x).
