Solving for the actual rate of interest: 25.11 = 1474.89 * r * 124/360 I'm just not sure how to isolate r. Could someone help please?

divide both sides by all the numbers that are on the same side as r.

I'm not convinced that this expression will actually give you the "actual rate of interest." But I will not argue that, but rather answer your question about isolating r: I'd suggest that you multiply both sides of tghe equation by 360, to eliminate the fraction on the right. Then follow @whpalmer4 's advice, above.
