yea what exactly is it that you want us to explain? ;-)

i would ask you to think this way.. if something was to move in a circular motion with uniform speed (uniform circular motion), its speed is constant but definitely the velocity is changing (cause its direction is changing), and thus there must be an acceleration and therefore a force. Now try to figure out which direction should this force acts to make sure that speed always remains constant!

@Mashy just wana go over the basics, I'm going to study this with my teacher at the end of this week but i want to know some basics of it before i start with her
