Voting/Discussing Prospective Ambassadors...

I was wondering if this would be an okay thing. I was thinking that the Ambassador community should work together more often. I always seem to feel a little alone even though I have met some fine ambassadors. However, I would like to see more of a team effort. I think this could be the start of that solution. When we have an applicant pool maybe we can discuss the pros and cons of each application. I know to get on the Moderator team things are discussed. Why not for us Ambis? There are not like a million Moderators running around, right? I feel like almost anyone can basically become an Ambassador. I'm sure there are plenty of Ambassadors who do not know me and I sure don't know them either. I just want us to be engaged more with one another. Anyway, upon having this voting/discussion no one should become hostile for any reason at all. I just want to see a team of people actually coming together. I would love for the Ambassadors to chime in with admin/mods.... (On a side note I do think Ambi's should be fans of one another. This way they can talk among themselves and know when some ambi friends are online. I enjoy messaging an Ambi if they are online. Just a thought... and this is Feedback but I mainly want Ambi's/Mods/Admins opinions on this.) @Preetha

Also I believe Ambassadors should not only accept messages from people on they have fanned. I think this is a defeatist approach when it comes to being open to the people. Can that change?

I think this is a great idea, since the ambi. team should be a team., not a divided group of people. that way, we can all look out for each other and whatnot, unity is always the best recipe :D

I also believe that @e.mccormick is making some reforms to the ambi. program…hopefully he can integrate this idea, because I feel like this would help strengthen the success of the ambi. program as a whole :)

Yeah, ambassadors should definitely have a say in elections, and we really do need a chat that only ambassadors/higher ranking people can use so that we can properly communicate with each other without the average spammer/potential e-harmony user coming in and confusing things for everyone. I think that we have encouraged having ambassadors work together, but we haven't really been given much to work with on that.

Yes, I have to agree @poopsiedoodle. I would love to have a section for us to communicate among ourselves. I think that should definitely be a given.

Oh and just to be honest: I feel like some ambassadors act like they are better than the rest of the team. I feel as though if you are to be apart of such a team you shouldn't think so highly of yourself. We work TOGETHER.

We will have some Ambi Wranglers that capture new ambis. I am the main part of ambi training, so I guess I am the head Ambi Trainer at this point.
