C and A are quite similar but i think D would be the answer...

mountain ranges definitely alter the weather 
for example the HIMALAYAS keep the cold winds out of india keeping it kinda warm there

so mountains do affect the weather
and also the locations of the continents also impact as it varies the pressure zones in the atmosphere
and separating the continents creates waterbodies between them which moderate the weather along the coast 

so overall its D all of the above :P
